Checkout sends your selection and contact details as an order request. No payment is taken by this website, and the numbered confirmation is not proof of payment. No card-entry widget, bank-account details or acquiring service is configured here.

Reviewing the amount

Product prices and totals are in GBP. Delivery is £6.95 below £90.00 and free at or above £90.00. The cart and checkout show delivery separately so you can review the complete request amount. Your browser cannot override the catalogue price or permitted quantity.

Agreeing a method before acceptance

We contact you to discuss availability, delivery and an applicable payment method before an order is accepted. You may decline if the proposed method is unsuitable. We do not promise a particular card brand, instalment service or bank transfer facility that has not been agreed.

Keeping payment information safe

Do not put payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank login details into access notes, ordinary email or a telephone message. If you receive a payment instruction you are unsure about, independently contact us using the details published on this site before acting.

Changes, failed requests and duplicates

An error message means the request needs attention; your cart and entered details remain available to retry. A successful numbered request may be refreshed without creating a second request. If the products or delivery proposal change before acceptance, we explain the new amount for your agreement rather than silently charging a different total.

Refunds and questions

For an accepted and paid order, lawful refunds are made using the original means unless you expressly agree otherwise without a fee. Request-only cancellation before payment has no payment to reverse. The Returns Policy sets out cancellation, standard outbound-delivery refunds and faulty-goods rights.
